骆义,女,汉族,1994年3月生,江苏连云港人,中共党员,研究生,工学博士,讲师,校聘副教授。2022年1月于东南大学材料科学与工程专业博士研究生毕业。长期从事材料光电性质的第一性原理计算模拟及材料结构改性的探索工作。在国内外高水平学术期刊上公开发表学术论文共25篇,总被引超过1000次,H因子19,授权发明专利1项。相关工作已发表在ACS catalyst, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, Chemical Engineering Journal, Chemistry of Materials, Journal of Materials Science & Technology等国际期刊。
主要研究方向:
1. 通过组建异质结对材料界面性质的调控;基于密度泛函理论(DFT)和借助结构预测软件USPEX,设计新型二维半导体材料及组建新型异质结,作为光催化剂来分解水制氢;
2. 探索新型二维材料及异质结的结构、电子性质、光学性质、光催化性质等性能;
3. 通过加压或者加电等调控手段对异质结及新型二维材料的性能进行调控;
4. 材料点缺陷位置的预测、不同缺陷结构对电子迁移的影响与作用;
5. 缺陷对载流子的类型、浓度、传输等方面的研究。
